>Try a pair of Doc Martens. They can be purchased as safety shoes. Waitresses swear by them. I finally broke down and bought a pair last year. They have cut the leg cramps by about 80 per cent. And the callouses on the side of my big toe and on my heel have disappeared -- much to my doctor's delight. I am diabetic, so he really keeps a close watch on my feet. We are both pleased.
