>It usually means the Reeves pulleys are loose or your belt is trashed. You have to demanufacture the plastic stuff off the headstock to reveal the pulleys. Look around in there and you'll most likely see the marks of where the pulleys used to be or the tailings of your belt that is comming apart. It isn't hard. Just messy.
