>You`re talking to the guy who believes in honing edges and burnishing burrs.
I understand the use of an unrefined edge when cutting wet wood,sort of the same way a serrated blade works better on a tomato.
I just can`t get myself to believe that an edge straight from the grinder will cut as cleanly on that last finish cut as a honed one.
Call me crazy.
