Also in the center of the table is a 2" dia insert -this insert has moved on me when I am cutting a log and I end up cutting it (them to be honest) in half. What am I doing wrong?

Wish I were closer for the Jamborie sounds like a blast but Minnesota is a long haul. The weekend before (Sept 27-29) I will be in PA. For a session with David E. hope to meet some of you guys then.
