It looks like a great setup, however, I'm interested in seeing how that schedule 40 holds up to clamping in the strongholds jaws. I much prefer making my chucks with face plates. Even a piece of MDF drilled and threaded with a 1" x 8 TPI, then using super glue to strengthen up the threads works well. Let us know how it holds up to the rigors of time!
