With the 4th falling in the middle of the week, this has been a weird week. It's been very disjointed, hot and I've not really had a sense of what day it was all week.

So, in the spirit of a completely weird week, a weird question:

Aside from your shop. how many of you have dedicated craft spaces inside your home? I mean a part of your house solely dedicated to "making things"? My wife has a scrapbooking room, but she will invite her friends over and that takes over the dining room. When it is just her alone, she's got her space.

I have a sunroom that is in a state of disrepair, but when I finish it, it will be a craft space. I am planning to make a central bench with a maple top that the kids can color on, but it will also have a vise on it for light duty clamping and plenty of storage for everyone to store whatever it is that they store.

Do you have a craft space in your living area?
