After taking Mike Stafford's box class at John Campbell last week I think I'm permanently and morally corrupted. I was such a shy and reserved person before the class I fear I will never be the same. These guys even had the nerve to make fun of my masculine, muscular and massive legs. Oh, the humanity! What a crew and what a blast!!!
I have to thank Mike for a great class and a time I will truly never forget. Jamie Donaldson was so generous, he gave everyone in the class a piece he turned that week. I will cherish the one I received. Mike also showed his tender side (yes, it's a LARGE side) by giving me a beautiful box he made. These will start a collection along side a piece that Bob Moffett gave me in a wood trade. George Taylor gave a great mini-demo on a unique coloring technique and what can I say about Joe Bradshaw.(?) People like him are why shrinks have such a high suicide rate! Love the guy.
Wish all you WC members could have been there, the shrink's could have used the extra money!!
