I worked a 16 hour day yesterday and it's just not as easy as it used to be. I carry a camera bag that weights about 30lbs and I'll bet I walked at least 3 miles yesterday if not more. I'm not even sure how many trips I made across campus. It's just not as easy at it used to be. Today will be at least 12 hours but then it's the last time I'll ever have to shoot this camp.
My retirement papers went through yesterday so there's a big grin on my face knowing that I only have about 5 weeks left to work. Great news. I will of course do a lot more bicycling. I haven't done a 300 plus mile ride in about 5 years now and plan to do one of those before the end of summer.
I will of course be doing a lot more turning and turning videos. Heck I haven't even finished the one I started about a month ago. I have also designed a hidden gun cabinet lamp that I need to build for my son. It's all turned and will be a very ambitious project.
Won't be any sitting around fishing for me. I'm an active type and will be much more so when I have my freedom. I probably will ride the motorcycle some which is about as lazy as I get. Probably won't be on WC as often since I won't be sitting at the computer working like I do now. However I'll probably still check in several times a day when I'm at home.
