Legal wood will always be okay

Can we be next? ()

My take on this is that if wood is harvested properly and with proper permitting, it can be sold and used. If there is not a proper paper trail, it can be confiscated. With all the stolen and illegally harvested timber in the world, it's no wonder it came to this. Our country isn't immune. Everyone has heard stories of timber taken from over a property line, or stolen at night. Nature can take it on the chin when human greed is involved.
