Here is a link to Logan Lathe that made Logan and Montgomery Ward lathes (metal lathes) in early 1900's. Logan still sells parts for their lathes, hard to believe, but I have one of the Logan's my Dad bought new in 1945.
They may have a belt on site that is right length take a look.
Also some of these flat belts had metal clips that held both ends of the belt together and allow changing without pulling the spindle shaft. The clipped one's require crimping the wire teeth once it is on the machine. The convenience came at the price of having to listen to the clip clinking sound evertime it came around the pulley but better than having to pull the spindle to change it.
Hope one fits that they sell.
