Very good point Keith. Communication of the same ideas over and over doesn't get anyone very far. It's up to the thinkers and idea guys/gals (like you) to innovate and enable progress in any field. Then it's up to the teachers (like you) to get those ideas across to others. Then it's up to the students/learners (like me) to use that information in their own lives. And then those who have learned from others can maybe come up with their own ideas and on and on.

And unfortunately you are also correct about your last few sentences. Many never really learn from their own or others mistakes. Would that it was different.
