Automach gets my endorsement also. I started off with one of the little light-weight brands, which wore out in one day of moderate use.

I recently ground a new straight cutter after the straight flexcut broke at the shank. Made it out of a .25 x .25 x 2.5" tool steel. It really works great for squaring up the corners of router mortises.
