Mark Mandell - Gone Round In New Jersey
John,

You used 2 words that are mutually exclusive; "Lexan" and "plexi". Readers should know they are not the same and are not interchangeable in your proposed application. Lexan, a polycarbonate thermoplastic material is far tougher and will not shatter under normal use conditions. Plexi[glass] is an acrylic material that is more brittle and can easily fracture on impact sending sharp shards flying. Lexan will work for what you propose; plexi will NOT.
