Benefits of Interchangeable Handles? () steve worcester
Here's what I do.
I have probably 5 each of the more common gouges I use, say 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" bowl gouges.
While turning, if I need to sharpen, I just change out the steel.
For this example, I only need three handles, but I have 15 gouges available.
Also, I use the Trent Bosch handles because I like them real lightweight.
