I print the odd page or two of my digital Woodturning mag issue by using my PC to browse to the pocket mags website. Using silverlight (for Firefox of course) I can view the mag and print from my PC. For other printing jobs from the iPad, I have Fingerprint (http://www.collobos.com/) installed on my PC to intercept the AirPrint calls.
