I could get used to this batching
Just cooked an eye fillet
Seared in the pan with onions , green capsicum pepper,s olives dried tomatoes,garlic,pickled red peppers,olive oil and some red wine braised in the oven for 15 mins So when cut the blood just oozed out
Muma mea that was good have to admit not much left of a whole eye fillet.
Now for those that have stayed here will know my wife is one of the best cooks you will come across
But I am not often allowed in here domain because like my work shop I leave the kitchen in a mess.
I think I will leave the dishes and do some more turning
