The worst traffic is whenever I am on the road up there.

The traffic is terrible most of the day but is worst from 7-10 A.M. and 3-7 P.M.

We have to pass through that area to visit my son and his family when they are in the states and I have found 301 to be a reasonable alternative depending on where you are going.

You have to go through a lot of small towns but you don't have to sit on the I-95 parking lot when there is an accident. There are always accidents on I-95.
