I could not give a hoot about the English language manual, but the owner is not good at English, so he does. Anyway, to be sold here, it has to be CE marked - meeting certain electrical and other safety specifications. One of those is that is has to have a manual in the language of the country it is sold.

If we put the shoe on the other foot and suppose you could buy an excellent piece of machinery, built outside the US, but withmanuals in Spanish, German and Swaheli, just thínk of the loud complaning on this forum?
