It's been over a year sense the last time I purchased any but it was in a brown bottle and came in 15% and 30%. I'm almost sure there was a 40% I saw every so often. I wish I could be of more help. A local store may carry it and not be seen on their website. I bought some in Az. when I lived there and here in Ky. over the last five years several times. Both at Sally beauty Supply.
