A little less expensive ($2700 delivered QP318VE) than the rotary, maybe a little louder is the QP series from BelAire.

I have had mine for about 8 months and love it. It is in the corner of my 2 car studio. It looks like Dark Helmet, considerably quieter than a standard upright, but is pretty quiet. If you are in N Texas you can come by and see it.
