We're building Windsors here, and the white ash logs we got were pretty much ours for the sawing costs. There's at least 30 chairs in the parts I've seen.

Now, lifting, cutting, stacking and moving that much wet ash is a challenge for old folks like us. Good thing there are a dozen of us.
