And frankly, the last time I went to get a PMO they had dreamed up a new series of requirements and I was walking all over the place to fullfil them, so doubtless they have a point. The group in question is kinda challenge and adventure oriented, so to me it is a bit like a marathon group complaining about the inconvenience of having to walk to the mailbox to post a letter. I mean not contradictory if you just prefer not to do it. But people sure have their effort parsed these days. At times it gets ugly like unwillingness to vote because it isn't convenient, or some such.
