Every time I agree to pay for something on ebay, they dream up a new requirement that makes it impossible for me to use it. I didn't sign up for the same reason you mentioned, with the additional fact that while I don't know what my account agreement actually says, giving cart blanch to a foreign owned company probably isn't in there. I'm pretty much over ebay. I find a lot more interesting stuff on Craigslist and KiJiJi, though I know that probably wouldn't work out in certain niches, like planes where there is rarely anything. Isn't there some kind of competition board that is supposed to slap these guys when they try tied selling?
