I would think this idea of using HHG in a vacuum bag (with the evidently necessary additional steps) falls into the "yes it can, but why" category. Seems to me that hot hide glue is basically a "self-clamping" solution that by adding a bag to the process is unnecessary complication.

PRG and epoxy don't mind heat during application, it's the cold they don't overly like. So as long as I am comfortable, they are.
