>As I recall, it was Popular Woodworking, and, if memory serves, they didn't include wax in their testing, to my surprise; I find a good coat of wax helps a lot in resisting rust, even though it supposedly is pretty permeable to moisture (thus, a pure wax finish doesn't slow down moisture exchange in wood, like a film finish would).
