>The fence will probably not work as others have mentioned. If you are resawing wide boards your saw needs to have few teeth with big gullets to be able to discharge the saw dust.

The thicker the board the fewer tpi. On thin boards clearing the gullets on finer toothed blades is easier, but will present problems on thicker boards, no where for the saw dust to go.
