No flashing here, and no problems with Google ads. As for the page being cluttered, I'd have to disagree with that as well. The ads to the left are not visually distracting to me. I have an idea that it's the flashing stuff that is the most bothersome as I myself cannot flashing ads or stuff that keeps popping up.

I am using FireFox as my browser and have been for the past 6 months, and I am in Windows XP, am also using some type of high speed connection, not dial up.

All systems are working fine for me.
