Sharpening for a working womanJack Guzman from Maine
>My sister is a very busy lawyer so she doesn't have alot of time to spend in the kitchen, but she loves cooking. She also has recently gotten a set of good knives. She hinted to me that a great Christmas gift for her would be a method of sharpening her knives.I don't think a set of water stones,or sandpaper and a sheet of glass are what she had in mind.
I looked at a kitchen place and saw alot of different gadjets for sharpening. Does anyone know of a good system that would work in this instance? Do those things in which you draw the blade between opposing stone wheels actually do a proper job? Any particular brand that works well?-thanks---Jack
