Today's challenge--blade for #64 *PIC*

>One of my ww buddies had a special request. He was lucky enough to find a #64 butcher block plane, but it was toothless. Could I help? I told him I would try. Here is a pretty ugly attempt that I did freehand. I'm sure it will work well and maybe the heat treating will darken it enough to pass inspection. These things require special fixturing. I will send this out in the next heat treating batch. At least he will have something to play with while I figure out how to make a real one. Here it is alongside its #62 cousin.
