Sharpening Japanese chisels - the irritating part () Hank Knight from SC
>Denis,
I use my Nortons up to 8,000. They work fine. I have been encouraged to buy a very fine and very expensive natural japanese stone to get the best edge possible on my Japanese chisels, but I'm happy with the Nortons. I may be missing something, but I don't know what it is. Ignorance is bliss. :-)
