Norton or Rob Cosman Water Stones?

>As well as some new planes, for which many thanks for the helpful earlier advice, I'd like to add waterstones to my sharpening inventory.

What's the better choice, the Nortons from Lee Valley or the stones Rob Cosman sells? (Price is about the same for a set of 4: 220, 1000, 4000, 8000.)
