Tools for working Wood White Translucent Washita?Bruce McCrory
You guys singing the pleasures of Novaculite have me scratching my head. Maybe, I didn't have enough respect for Smith's, or the other names that fade from the supply chain?
Has anyone used one of Joel's (TFWW) "special" translucent white, hard Washita's from Norton?
It's a really costly choice, but I have only broken ones from my youth--I thought were too hard already--and one antique billy club from the 1800's. Said billy is about 2" square and over 8 inches long; well deformed.
