For impossible jobs, multi-tools are something to think about. Maybe a multi-tool with carbide grout cutting blades:

You’d have to fixture the work piece, plus make some kind of tool rest for the multi-tool.

You did great on the high-carbon blades; it seems only the high-alloy are a problem.
