...are so much more life-like than the ones that come out of my metallurgical scope and for something like a chisel that's too big for my scopes bed, it's a real pain to get a picture of anything. If any part of the scope or chisel (including the tail part that's not on the bed) moves in a way that's not relative to everything else, the picture is lost and fine focus needs to be redone.
If I'd have known that phones could do as well, the need to spend $425 on an entry level metallurgical scope wouldn't have been there.
