looking at these pictures - the 28 degree bevel (flat) edge:
after a set of cuts in the video
And the rounded edge after cuts in the video (this edge looks unused, guessing that the tiny notches are after use.
since this is the flat side (back) of the two chisels after performing the same task (one where the rounded edge went through the wood more easily, despite being a wider chisel), it's probably worthwhile to ask how big the rounding is.
These pictures are about 2 hundredths of an inch tall. I would guess that the buffed area is between 5 thousandths and a hundredth (I can scope something at some point to check), but most of the rounding isn't that much steeper - just the very edge).
So, the damage that's shown in the edge is well inside the rounded over area. I already resharpened the wider chisel in the video so I don't know what would happen if you kept pushing the edges.
