Any dust seems good to avoid to me, but then considering a couple years I worked in a welding shop while in school, the amount of dust inhaled while grinding even my entire collection of blades is trivial compared to one day in that place. I survived, but I was in my 20's. Dust mask always a great idea (and the ones with exhalation vents are not preferred for the current plague, so they may still be on the shelves - they are vastly preferable for shop use IMHO).

I agree, don't pick up hot debris in a collection system. I think he's talking about vacuuming after he finishes though, that will be fine. True of AlOx, SiC, or any wheel, same as CBN.
