Same thing, sort of. I pick up a few things (especially if I'm suddenly angry and wait for the knee jerk reaction to go away and then start thinking of fixes.

I never do the first fix that comes to mind as it's always one extreme or another (sledgehammer for a nut problem like scrapping an entire project to start over, or hideously lazy)
