I built my first one from junk at the dawn of the interweb and was just sort of what I had and seemed right. I''m doing the same again, but with a better eye, but still found in the back lane stuff. You can always a make a 2.0, 2.5 etc.,. Do what works and be happy with the result. Shiny is overrated.
