Adding drawer stops *PIC*Bill Tindall, E.Tn.
Done traditionally this can be a trivial task. I wedge the drawer in position and rub the stop onto the back of the drawer. When the glue sets I add two brads in case the glue weakens in a 100 years of so.
This bedside dresser is for a young granddaughter. I thought this whimsical Chester County line and berry pattern would be suitable. Never seen a Chester County holly on cherry, but this example suggests it works. I did do a test pattern to avoid the risk of it not working. The drop pulls are Period but not Chester County Period. The place I bought them in Lancaster Co was not enthused about adding them to a Chester Co piece. I think they look at home on this piece if not Period Correct.
