Looks good to me. How far do you want to pursue flatness? You could get much flatter--within way less than .001--if you used a surface plate and layout fluid and scraped. I seem to recall you did do some scraping at one point--any reason you are using the file instead?
By the way I bought a couple of those same files off Ebay. They cut nice, not super flat but reasonable for cheap files. The handle fell off one, which is fine because I always have use for an unhandled file for certain things.
