Cheaper and quicker is using flour. West System sells bags of wood flour (really fine saw dust) but anything organic with fillaments works. So does micro beads (tiny glass balls) when weight is a premium. By this fineness, anything that bulks it up is good. I've used flour to bulk up dollar store epoxy syringes when doing a fillet joint for just about everything....skiffs to gramophone wood horns. Buy the hype when it's critical, the rest of the time...
