I love James Krenov's work, have most of his books, and just made a solid lignum vitae plane. I lost my shop in a divorce and got rid of most of my hand tools (renting a shared house) but I work in a woodworking factory. Thus I used all power tools to build the plane. I will share pictures of the plane this weekend, I am sharpening the iron this morning.
