Hello there! So, about a year ago I posted a picture asking for your help in identifying this hammer. A user named Philip Duffy said he had one just like it, but I never heard back from him. If you are Philip, or happen to know this manufacture etc., please let me know! And yes, this is the ONLY marking on this hammer. Believe me, I've checked.
