I have gathered over our years on the forum, that Warren is a professional cabinetmaker, joiner, carver, and perhaps pattern-maker and other trades I would not be familiar with.

In other words, it appears to me that he takes on a variety of commissions, all involving making something for a client, or repairing/restoring/replicating a piece of historic or emotional value for a client. If this is correct so far, then Warren may feel ethically or legally bound not to photograph a client’s property for the purpose of aggrandizing himself on a forum.

My surmises may or may not be right, but I am suggesting it wouldn’t hurt us to be sensitive to the wide range of reasons our fellows may have for presenting their ideas as they do.
