Impressive accomplishment.....

You talk of "filing to the mark". I gather somehow you have an outline of the final shape marked on the blank. How done?

When Smith made blades "oversized" plate was used and the heat treated blades surface ground to size and flatness. This process removed the surface layer altered during heat treatment. How are you getting rid of this altered surface?

When can we begin placing orders? :)
