Hi All --
I had a hand tool woodworking hobby 15 or so years ago. One of the things that caused me to stop (or well, taper off) is, I was never any good at sharpening tools.

I'm picking my tools back up these days and I realize I need to get better at the sharpening... I'm practicing, getting a little better. One thing I'm wondering about is honing oil. I have a little squeeze bottle that I bought somewhere ages back, it will run out soon. Is there anything I can get at a local hardware store that will serve the purpose or do I need to go to the internet and order more?

Stones I am using are Norton India Medium and Norton Arkansas Translucent.
