I've read you blog on the use of crowned wheels. I've been using crowned wheels for years and fully agree grinding with a crowned wheel is the way to go. Your site is the only place I've found crowned CBN wheels, but what I don't understand is why the 8" wheel is 1" wide. With crowned wheel you only use the center and 1/2" is plenty of width, so why waste the CBN on the edge of the wheel that will essentially never get used?
