If you don't want the acra glass or any other epoxy to bond permanently, coat most of the metal with wax or any other mold release agent. I would try most of the metal except the very point that is in the core of the handle would be coated with a thin layer of wax, the end wouldn't. The handle would fit snug and be held for long time. But would come lose eventually. Grease, oil and some other materials are good release agents.
