Hi David,
Gonna try Jim Matthews’ plan, using 2 lengths of flat steel welding stock to suspend the machine. If that fails, will drive in pry bars from opposing sides, and either break the wheel loose, or break the wheel. I have the notion I won’t be needing that wheel anymore, so it’s kind of a sunk cost now anyway.
