I would trust these results over those on the Norris plane. It's easier to just be the power source for this plane than it is with the Norris, which takes a little more influence from the user.
Given the small difference in both cases, I'd be more apt to say that in a range of 10 to 15 degree clearances, the edge finish matters more than the clearance.
